Our rides range from leisurely social outings to challenging, high-intensity adventures and we welcome guests on all our rides. The **Black Folk™ RoadRunners Bike Group** meet every 1st Saturday morning for rides of varying difficulty, starting from various locations in and around the Los Angeles area. We also administer and record Century Challenge rides, where cyclists can test themselves on 100-mile routes. Many of our rides take place on roads and trails less traveled and our calendar also contains special rides and events, highlighted by our signature ride, *The Black Tour*, in late February. This fully supported 24-hour event includes options for Double Century, Triple, and Quad rides. Throughout the year, we challenge cyclists with other featured rides, and our social events help us replenish the calories we burn while riding. I am Daniel Phú Đinh, founder of Vigor Energy Healing (VEH). I became a healer unexpectedly, without formal certifications such as Reiki, Qigong, Tai Chi, or other traditional healing systems. In late 2024, I began meditating for one hour every night for nearly six months. Around May 2025, I started to feel a powerful change in my hands—intense heat, especially at the tips of my fingers. I also experienced strong sensations of tingling, pressure, warmth, and energy flow. Deep inside, I felt this was a healing gift meant to be shared with others. Around July 2025, I began helping and healing people while gradually learning how to work with the energy naturally flowing through me. Over time, I discovered that each person requires different forms of healing energy depending on their physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual condition. Through experience, practice, and intuition, I developed my own unique healing method: Tri Energy Healing. While the well-known formula E = MC² is often understood as representing the energy of the universe, my symbolic formula—△Ee = MC² − e™—represents the energy of an individual human being and the continual transformation of that energy throughout life.
