Hello, Hello all So what could we do on a beautiful day you are asking ? Well just one thing, HIKING by the sea with the loveliest people you know and of course, maybe have a swim for those who fancy... Join me on a trip, tried last year with a lovely group of guinea pigs who enjoyed it with a lot of laughter. We will be on the cliff top for most of the time, so you will have some gorgeous view of the English Channel and we will end our trip in the historical town of Folkestone, a gorgeous town that has managed to keep its old days atmosphere and where you will be given the opportunity to have a dip in the sea at the end of the trip if you fancy and if the weather allows. Folkestone is a port town on the English Channel and is one hell of a trendy place, that mizes history, food, nature and some colourful houses and streets where you can wander for hours. So guys, what a better way to start the weekend? With a hike, by the sea and as usual, a meal or a drink afterwards. We have found a delightful little Thai restaurant last time with a Juke Box that played Barbie Girl on replay as it was our song of the day...DELICIOUS food or we can try another if you wish to... INFORMATION: Distance:10 miles/17km Difficulty:medium, a couple of hills. TRAVEL:Via train (only a 1h20 minutes journey )We will buy a discounted group ticket on the day so please bring about £25 in cash on the day, if you have the change, I will be grateful to you forever 😄 MEETING POINT:09:30am at Saint Pancras Station,please do not be late and do not go to Kings Cross station which is located across the street... The focus of this early morning session is on photographing dragonflies, damselflies, and the park’s red and fallow deer. There is also a Tawny Owl perched in a nearby tree just waiting for you to wander by as well as Heron and other wildlife all within easy walking distances. We need an early start to catch the dragonflies before the heat drives them away. After the dragonflies we'll move toward areas where deer and stags gather. We'll aim to shoot portraits, group shots, antler shapes, tree lines, and open grassland to create interesting images. BOOKING IS NOW OPEN! Please join us on this beautiful trip. As this is far from London, I will only be taking 5 people with me on a first come , fist serve basis. Come and join me on my top most beautiful coastal hike in a ,still wild, and preserved coastaline just above the far too busy Corwall, the coast of North Devon. We will begin our trip after work with a train journey to our hotel for a good rest before the next 2 days of an incredible beauties. This trip is my most successful ever and people still talk to me about it to this day and I have not been in 5 years so it is time to get my hiking boots back on and travel back to the most perfected hiking weekend one can dream of ! Day 1: We will meet at Paddington station at 5 pm so please ensure you spoke to work in order to finish early, if you miss the train, you will have to buy a new train ticket and make your own way and it will be pricy! I recommend to take some diner with you as the train jourbey takes just under 4 hours and we won't have time to eat there. Day 2: This is where the fun begins, we will get on the first morning bus that will take us straight to my big number 1 hike! The Hartland and the incredible Speke Mill Waterfall, we will hike the whole day from cliff top to hidden beaches, through ancient monasteries and the heather should be covering the hills and clifftop given this rugged landscape a purple blanket like no others. We will then go back for a pub diner or some vegetarian options over there or near our hotel, depending on what the group prefers. I will also try to give you some time for a swim to complete the day in the best possible way. Day 3: Lynton and Lynmouth and the Valley of the rocks. Our last hiking day of the week will take place about half an hour from our hotel in another stunning village of England, people talk about the Cotswolds, sorry but I prefer North Devon's villages a lot more! We will have a mixture of clifftop walks and woodlands surrounded by wild goats that will be staring at us, strange bipedal beings who like to have a stroll around their gorgeous homes. We will then head back to Barnstaple to grab a take away for our journey back to Londinium, our mind filled with all the beauties that we will have taken in... INFORMATION: PRICE: £500 for the 2 night. I try to keep it as low as possible but trains are already £150-200, the hotel about £200, my costs and transports. INCLUDED: \- 2 NIGHTS in a private room\, I have booked a house with 2 bathrooms but might change it if I find a better deal\.
