Let’s get after it with a solid crew of safe, cool climbers. 🔊COMMUNICATION WhatsApp group: “Vent 5”Weekly updates on gear, carpools, safety, and logisticsText me at 415‑401‑5809 to join — tell me your name ⏰ MEET TIME 8:00 AM sharp at the main pull‑out on Hwy 1 Parking is tiny + competitive — past 8:00 AM you’ll likely need to park farther up/down the highwayIf late: use Mountain Project to find the trail and hike down safelyWear approach shoes or hikers — steep + slippery descent 🎒 WHAT TO BRING Harness, helmet, ATC or Grigri, climbing shoes, Rope, quickdraws, anchor gear (if you have them — if not, we’ll share) Lunch + snacks + plenty of water Sunscreen (even in overcast)TP (no bathrooms) Approach/water shoes for wet rock sections 🚗 CARPOOLS Strongly recommended — parking is extremely limited Coordinate rides in the WhatsApp chat If you’re not on someone’s route: Uber, Muni, or BART to a pickup spot works great ⚠️ LIABILITY WAIVERBy joining, you acknowledge climbing is inherently risky.
