In each Longevity Energetics® class we will practice a selection of the Longevity's meditative-like movements, postures and breath-work, and in doing so we trigger aspects of The Light of Life® Energy. The movements are simple, and yet provide dramatic shifts in our bodies, minds and Energy Fields. At the end of each session the class will be immersed in The Cellular Rejuvenation component of the The Light of Life® Energy. Bringing people into an almost instantly meditative place, and dramatically enhancing the energy work that has been done during the class, as well as being a powerful elixir for health and anti-aging on its own. You will come away feeling lighter, happier, more focused and balanced, physically, mentally, emotionally and of course energetically. Please Note: Read all the directions carefully below BEFORE you RSVP "Yes" for this event. 1) This is a family style dining event, meaning we will order as a group and divide the bill evenly. 2) You cannot have any dietary restrictions for this event. 3) Estimated cost per person for this event is between $30 to $40 per person, so please bring that amount in CA$H. 4) Yelp reviews: [FISH WITH YOU KTOWN - Updated July 2026 - 413 Photos & 219 Reviews - 3470 W 6th St, Los Angeles, California - Chinese - Restaurant Reviews - Phone Number - Menu - Yelp](https://www.yelp.com/biz/fish-with-you-ktown-los-angeles?osq=Fish+With+You+Ktown) Last year, while hosting a lunch at a restaurant, I noticed another one nearby named Fish with You. The menu looked intriguing, It specializes in Taiwanese sauerkraut fish soup, but it also has other options like beef. Today, Eric, a PP member, requested we try it out and I found out they have another location in Koreatown, so I want to try out that location since its closer to my home. SO come join me in Ktown to try Taiwanese sauerkraut fish soup and other items on the menu!

Board gaming on Friday nights in Sherman Oaks

Board gaming on Friday nights in Sherman Oaks

Fri, Aug 14, 9:00 PM
From Friday Night Board Gaming
4.8

Friday Night Board Gaming (formerly Friday Night Dice) is a meetup for everyone who likes board games. And if you’re new to board games, our friendly gamers are happy to teach you how to play. We play basic European board games like Settlers of Catan, Ticket To Ride, etc., and more advanced games like Suburbia, Power Grid, Terraforming Mars, and Railways of the World. Also war games & card games. We bring lots of games, but you’re free to bring your own! We used to game at LASFS (Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society) in Van Nuys. However, as that organization sold its building we have moved to Paper Hero's and Games, a game store in Sherman Oaks, and we continue to meet every Friday late afternoon and evening. We share the gaming space with a large group of Magic the Gathering players but we easily have room for between 10 to 20 board gamers who usually show up for board games. Most of these gamers are regulars who just don't bother to RSVP as this is a store open to all comers and requiring a Yes RSVP is not feasible as we are often joined by store customers who see what we are doing and ask to join in - and we always say YES! (As most gamers do not bother to RSVP, quite often our home page will just show me as the only attendee even though we may have almost 2 dozen gamers at our tables. So, if the home page shows just 1 person attending, pay no attention to that as we may very well have full house of gamers.) So come on down and get your gaming fix this Friday at the friendly and comfortable game store. We have beginners and advanced gamers, so everyone is welcome.
