He is the Group Leader for the Pasadena–Foothills chapter of Citizens' Climate Lobby (CCL) and serves on the lobbying team for Climate Future California, a spin-off from CCL. Sandy is also a member of the Pasadena 100% Coalition working toward carbon-free electricity in Pasadena and is helping survivors of the Eaton Fire rebuild with all-electric homes. ​**Cynthia Cannady** is the **Co-Chair of Pasadena 100**, a coalition of organizations and community members working to transition Pasadena to 100% carbon-free electricity by 2030. She is also the founder of IPSEVA and a former Director of the Intellectual Property and New Technologies Division at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), with previous leadership roles at Apple. This is a conversational meeting for both English speakers and Spanish speakers. We'll be conversing in Spanish half of the time, and English for the other half. All levels welcome! We will meet on the second floor of the Farmers Market. After you park in the open parking lot, look for the OLD GAS STATION STAND (yellow and red). It's not too far from the big clock. Go INTO the market area - behind the gas stand, and immediately turn left. There will be stairs to the second floor on your left. If you get lost, ask someone how you can get to the second floor near the Brazilian food stand. PARKING: The outside parking lot is free for ninety minutes if you get your ticket validated by purchasing anything at the Farmer's Market, including The Coffee Bean and World Market. \*If you park in the building near the market, you can NOT get your ticket validated. And don't park in the Whole Foods' lot because you could get towed. \*Parking is free for 90 minutes. It's $3.00 for the first fifteen minutes after that, plus another $1.00 for every 15 minutes afterwards.

Atheists Volunteer FOOD DISTRIBUTION! Come help and give out food!

[Atheists United](www.atheistsunited.org), California's largest grassroots atheist nonprofit, is fighting the emergency food crisis with our partners [Sunday Assembly Los Angeles](www.sundayassemblyla.com) by hosting a food distribution in Los Angeles outside our offices. We've partnered with the LA Food Bank and give out over 3,000lbs of food each event. **We need volunteers to help us assemble and organize food packages from 12pm - 5pm every third Friday.** From 3:30pm - 5pm volunteers will help hand food out directly to those in need in the neighborhood. From 5pm - 6pm we'll clean up and celebrate everything we accomplished together. Music and snacks will make it well worth your time.
