Sunday Mindful Walk + Chat

**Sunday Mindful Walking + Café** Join us for a relaxed Sunday mindful walk followed by a cozy café conversation. This event is for immigrants, newcomers, students, workers, and anyone who wants to slow down, enjoy fresh air, and connect with others in a simple and welcoming way. We will begin with a short grounding and check-in to notice how we are feeling before the walk. Then we will walk together at a comfortable pace, paying attention to our breath, body, steps, and surroundings. After the walk, we may sit together at a nearby café or public space for casual conversation, reflection, and socializing. You are welcome to share, listen, or simply enjoy being part of the group. Near the end, we will take a few minutes for a simple closing reflection to notice how we feel after the walk and what we want to carry into the rest of the week. No mindfulness experience is needed. This is not a formal class or therapy group. It is a calm, friendly community space to walk, breathe, talk, listen, and connect. **Event Fee:** $25 **Note:** You can pay directly by e-transfer. Come as you are.

Join other Gaymers this evening to work on your DIY project with others and show off your work in progress! Come chat, craft, and work on whatever project you wish! (Or just chill with us!) The only thing you have to do is bring your project, materials, and yourself! Come out to our monthly meetups if you are: •New to lockpicking and want to learn. •Experienced with locks and lockpicking and excited to teach and exchange knowledge. We have lots of loaner locks and picks for people to try without needing any supplies of their own.
