Join the Upcycle Alameda community for some creative upcycling. Social sewists, artists, crafters, and Fix it folks: repair, repurpose, re-create. Now is a great time to finish old projects. You provide the elbow grease; we'll provide the moral support. Maria will be closing her vintage shop Moodswing and has invited us to visit and get creative together. There will be free things, a swap area… Bring food or drink if you can! (Some folks are vegetarian or vegan) We now have a donate button! While we don't have nonprofit status, we are in need of funds to meet our expenses... and while no one is turned away, any little bit makes a difference...Try the first one on us, and, if you like it, help us out when you can!
