Sunday Streets SF Season Finale | Excelsior Edition

Setup or Breakdown Tents, tables and chairs 2. Staging and monitoring equipment as needed 3. These Chan (禪) meditation classes are held **in person** at Universal Chan Center located at 445 Colusa Ave, Kensington, CA 94707. Before joining our first class, please do the following: 1\. At Universal Chan we do a wide variety of activities ranging from those more commonly practiced in many Buddhist centers, such as sitting meditation, to lesser known methods such as exercise and walking Chan. Sun, Oct 11, 2:00 PM**Lunch, Tea, and Chan Meditation** Join us for Chan meditation, gongfu teas, and a simple lunch at Universal Chan Center. Everyone is welcome. **Time:** 7am–12pm (Please arrive by 7am and do ***not*** be late!) **Place:** Universal Chan Center (Address: 445 Colusa Ave., Kensington, CA 94707) **Registration:** $10 (helps cover the cost of tea and food). Donations are appreciated. For this event, the majority of the time will be spent doing alternating Chan (meditation) practice activities. The lunch portion will only take place after 11am. Participants must stay for the whole event.
