From Authentic Relating and Conscious Connections Melbourne
4.8

**Authentic Relating Foundations Experience** https://events.humanitix.com/ar-foundations -A practical and experiential immersion into the core skills of authentic connection What becomes possible when we learn to relate more honestly, listen more deeply, and communicate what is true for us in the moment? The Authentic Relating Foundations Experience is a comprehensive introduction to the core principles and practices of Authentic Relating (AR). Designed as both a learning journey and a lived experience, this training offers practical tools for creating deeper connection, greater self-awareness, and more meaningful relationships in every area of life. Over two full in-person days and a live online integration session, we will explore the foundational pillars of Authentic Relating through a blend of teaching, coaching, experiential exercises, partner practices, group activities, and authentic relating games. Whether you are completely new to Authentic Relating or have years of experience, this training offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your understanding of the fundamentals and refine the skills that sit at the heart of authentic human connection. ## What You Will Learn Throughout the weekend we will explore: * The core pillars and principles of Authentic Relating * How to communicate honestly while remaining connected * Developing greater emotional awareness and literacy * Deep listening and reflective communication * The difference between stories, interpretations and direct experience * Building trust through vulnerability and transparency * Navigating conflict and difficult conversations with greater skill * Cultivating presence, curiosity and empathy in relationships * Practical tools for creating more authentic connections in everyday life ## What to Expect This is not simply a workshop where you sit and listen. The Foundations Experience combines clear teaching with immersive, experiential learning. Concepts are explored through real-time practice so that participants can embody the skills rather than simply understand them intellectually. The training includes: * In-depth teachings on the foundations of Authentic Relating * Live demonstrations and coaching * Partner and small-group exercises * Authentic Relating games and structured practices * Opportunities for reflection and personal insight * Supportive community connection ## Integration & Ongoing Support Learning does not end when the weekend finishes. As part of the experience, participants will also receive: **Online Integration Games Night (2 Hours)** A facilitated online Authentic Relating games session designed to deepen learning, reconnect with the group, and integrate the skills in a relaxed and playful environment. **Individual Debrief & Coaching Session** A one-on-one Zoom call following the training, providing space to reflect on your experience, ask questions, receive personalised coaching, and explore how to bring Authentic Relating into your daily life. ## Who Is This For? This training is ideal for: * People who are new to Authentic Relating and want a strong foundation * Coaches, facilitators, therapists and helping professionals * Community leaders and space holders * Individuals seeking deeper, more fulfilling relationships * Anyone wanting to improve communication, emotional awareness and connection * Experienced Authentic Relators who want to revisit and strengthen the foundations of the practice No prior experience is required. ## Schedule **Friday Evening (Online)** Introduction and orientation session – 2 hours starting at 7PM **Saturday (In Person – Newport)** Foundations Training Day 1 – 8 hours 9am-5pm **Sunday (In Person – Newport)** Foundations Training Day 2 – 8 hours 9am- 5pm **Post-Training** * Online Integration Games Night – 2 hours Wednesday 2nd of September * Individual Debrief & Authentic Relating Coaching Session (Zoom) ## Venue Newport, Melbourne at a residential address.
