We're back in full force after a month-long break, with the EXES💔 People we loved. People we left. People who still live in our bodies long after they’re gone. Give us stories of former lovers, former friends, former selves. Clean breaks and messy endings. Exes who disappeared—and those who never really did. **Just moved to Barcelona?** Amazing city. Slight problem... **You don't know anyone yet.** And apparently making friends as an adult requires slightly more effort than sitting next to someone in class and deciding you're now best friends. So we're putting a few hundred people who are in exactly the same situation together on a rooftop overlooking Barcelona. Add R&B, drinks, sunset, a white dress code and some locals who actually know where they're going after Google Maps stops working. Seems like a reasonable solution. On **October 1st, Nomad House x RnB Sessions x BCNglobals are taking over the rooftop at Time Out Market Barcelona** for a night dedicated to meeting new people and starting your Barcelona experience properly. And because apparently a rooftop overlooking Barcelona wasn't enough... We're making the first edition a **WHITE PARTY.** This night is for **newcomers, internationals and locals** who want to expand their social circle. No awkward networking. No name tags. Just a rooftop, R&B, drinks and a lot of people who are there for exactly the same reason. **Location** We're doing this at **Time Out Market Barcelona**, on top of Maremagnum. That means rooftop vibes with views across the **sea, port, Barcelona and the mountains** while the sun goes down and the city lights come on. **El domingo 13 de septiembre, a partir de las 15h hasta las 18h**, hacemos un karaoke poligloto. Podemos cantar en castellano, catalán, inglés, japonés, chino, etc. Podemos usar dos máquinas de karaoke. Avui us proposem **una visita guiada a una exposició que teniem moltes ganes de portar-vos**, i és que avui us convidem a la exposició de **Guillermo Lorca «La casa de arena»,** una retrospectiva dels 10 anys de trayectoria pictórica de l’artista Xilé. Nosaltres ja hem estat i hem seguit durant anys la trayectoria de Lorca, per a nosaltres, un referent de l’art contemporani i que podem trobar a grans museus d’arreu del món. Peró en aquesta ocasió podrem gaudir d’aquesta retrospectiva molt aprop de casa, a **un dels millors museus d’art figuratiu contemporani de Barcelona: el MEAM**. *Gats gegants d’ulls grocs, noies angelicals i criatures desconegudes* conformen el món evocador i sensual de **Guillermo Lorca**. Barrejant màgia i realisme, el jove artista contemporani xilè crea pintures a l’oli a gran escala carregades de **narratives surrealistes i seqüències oníriques**. Dins de cadascuna de les seves escenes plenes de drama, hi ha un fosc equilibri de poder i competició entre la natura i la humanitat. Lorca és un pintor profundament narratiu. **A cadascun dels seus quadres hi ha una història**, que desplega amb els seus pinzells escenes desconcertades habitades per noies i animals. Lorca ha construït un univers pictòric propi on conviuen *la bellesa i la inquietud, la infància i l’amenaça, allò humà i allò animal, allò íntim i allò monumental*. Avui us portem una proposta molt especial per a aquest mes de setembre. Hem preparat una escapada a la **Catalunya Nord**, als peus de l**a muntanya sagrada dels catalans, simbol de la nostra identitat, EL CANIGÓ.** Un viatge per retrobar-nos amb les nostres arrels, **des del romànic més pur fins a la petjada dels nostres grans genis a l’exili.** *Voleu saber més?* Doncs aqui teniu el programa d’aquesta escapada! *Programa* **Dia 11 de Setembre** ✔ Sortida a les 08:00 en direcció al cor del Conflent! ✔ Arribada a l’impressionant abadia de Sant Martí del Canigó. Alçat com un niu d’àguila sobre un esperó rocós del massís del Canigó, l’abadia de Sant Martí és molt més que un monument arquitectònic; és el símbol de la resistència i el renaixement de la cultura catalana. Com hi pujarem? Aquí teniu **dues opcions** per gaudir al vostre ritme: Podreu, gaudir d’**una caminada** d’uns 30-40 minuts per un camí facil amb vistes espectaculars **o, si ho preferiu, podreu pujar directament amb vehicles 4×4**. ✔ Dinar per lliure en plena natura, gaudint de l’aire pur del Pirineu. ✔ Tornada, allotjament i sopar al nostre hotel, el [Logis Hôtel Chez Planès](https://www.logishotels.com/es/hotel/logis-hotel-chez-planes-2360), un establiment amb història i encant on podrem descansar i gaudir de la gastronomia local. **Dia 12 de Setembre** ✔ Esmorzar a l’hotel i marxem a descobrir una altra joia arquitectònica: **Sant Miquel de Cuixà**. **En aquest dia ens submergirem al cor de la història** i ens deixarem seduir per la bellesa de l’abadia de Sant Miquel de Cuixà. Aquesta joia arquitectònica, classificada **entre les set meravelles de catalunya**, ens convida a un viatge en el temps. Farem una **visita guiada** que ens permetrà descobrir els secrets d’aquesta meca benedictina i apreciar la riquesa del seu patrimoni. ✔ **Visita a Prada de Conflent: La vila de Pompeu Fabra i Pau Casals.** Més enllà de la seva bellesa als peus del Canigó, Prada és un símbol de resistència cultural. En aquesta ruta, resseguirem l’empremta de dos gegants que van convertir aquesta vila en el cor de la dignitat catalana des de l’exili. Recordarem **Pompeu Fabra**, el *“seny ordenador”* de la llengua, que va viure a Prada els seus darrers anys mantenint intacte el seu compromís amb l’idioma. Alhora, ens aproparem a l’esperit universal de **Pau Casals**, el mestre que va transformar la vila en una capital musical del món i en un altaveu de pau i llibertat a través del seu violoncel. ✔ Dinar a restaurant de la zona *(inclós al programa)* ✔ Tornada a l’Hotel i sopar. **Dia 13 de Setembre** ✔ Esmorzar a l’hotel i marxem a explorar **les coves de Canalettes**! La cova de les grans Canaletes: també anomenada *«el Versalles soterrani dels Pirineus»*, és una simfonia al centre de la terra. Figura actualment entre **les coves més boniques de França** i és un dels llocs més visitats del departament. ✔ Temps lliure per passejar per **Vilafranca de Conflent** i gaudir de la seva oferta gastronòmica *(dinar per lliure)* ✔ Tornada amb el nostre bus cap a casa, deixant enrere les siluetes dels Pirineus però enduent-nos **el record d’un paisatge que és, a la vegada, natura, música i paraula**.
