Join [New York Adventure Club](https://nyadventureclub.com/) for an exclusive after-hours pastel painting workshop at the American Kennel Club (AKC) [Museum of the Dog](https://www.akc.org/museum-of-the-dog/) — now back in NYC after residing in St. Louis for 30 years, this one-of-a-kind museum showcases one of the largest repositories of canine-related art in the world. Grab your pad and drawing tools and escape the world for a couple of hours with your friends at The Old Stone House Park! Draw the human figure! Join us for a 2 1/2 hour life drawing session, 1 & 1/2 hour of gestures and short poses, ending with 1 hour of long poses, give or take. Bring your tools (no acrylics, oils or sprays please). Sunday Open Studio

➡️ OPEN STUDIO! ⬅️ Live Model \| Set & Scenery \| Painting Encouraged Sunday from 10am-5pm (lunch break from 1-2pm) A full day of **unstructured painting**! Same model, same pose all day long. Bring your own materials (paint, charcoal, whatever gets you going) and work at your own pace. We'll stage the scene and leave you to it! Easels and desks available to use. Enjoy some extended time with a long pose and an interesting scene, Sundays at Drawing New York. **Note:** Soft pastels are not allowed due to health reasons.
