You'll learn basic kung fu strikes, blocks, punches and kicks, along with some of the more unique aspects of our style - "Eagle Claw Kung Fu." It's a great way to get your mind centered with concepts of balance and awareness, as you work out. We'll do warmup and conditioning, followed by Kung Fu basics, and some self-defense technique that captures the spirit of Kung Fu. Class is an hour and we may even leave you with some homework so you can practice techniques at home.
