🌳 Barefoot walk in Hamspead Heath

Join me for a morning walk on Saturday 6th at 11am! We will meet at Hamspead Heath Station and walk barefoot for about 2 hours in the park (mostly grass and forest area) You can come solo or with friends — either way, you'll feel part of the group You can also wear minimalist shoes if you like! Looking forward to see you there! Note: this circular track is graded easy and is suitable for beginners as we will be mostly walking on grass
