You may update on comments section to travel together with other members from the CBD, Campbelltown station or carpool etc. 🗓️ Sunday, 6 September 2026 ⏰ September: Open between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 📍 Location: Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan 362 Narellan Road, Mount Annan NSW 2567 🗓️ What’s On Weekends https://www.botanicgardens.org.au/whats-on/paper-daisy-spring-festival 🌸 Celebrate Spring with food, flowers, live music, creative workshops and family fun alongside the spectacular Paper Daisy display. 🌼 From late August to September this year our Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan will transform into a breathtaking sea of spring colour. 🌸 The iconic native paper daisy display can be found in the Connections Garden, near the Visitor Centre: the main display is made up of magnificent pink and white Rhodanthe chlorocephala, with a smaller display comprised of Rhodanthe manglesii (which can be identified by its rounded foliage) and Schoenia filifolia (vibrant yellow plants). 🌼 Our displays have bloomed every spring for over three decades now, and work to prepare them begins all the way back in December! Paper daises (also known as everlasting daisies) are native to Western Australia. 🌸 The Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan is one of the few places where visitors can enjoy an exhibit of these flowers on this scale. ❗️NOTE - please DO NOT send me a message on Meetup regarding this free event.
