Hi all, **About our group** * We're a small, friendly book club that started in 2023, with a focus on **reading works by women authors from across the world**. 📖 * We **meet** **once a month**, on the second Friday of each month, in the same place. Ideally, you'd be ok with committing to read one book a month and joining the bookclub for a chat about it. ☕📚💬 * We're looking for a few new members who'd like to **become part of the club long term**. We know life happens (and on occasion other events get in the way😅), so we're not expecting perfection and attendance every month, but a commitment to do as often as possible so we can all have interesting exchanges of ideas and perspectives, and foster a strong readers group. 💛 * We intentionally keep the group small and closed, because **we want to create a space where we can really get to know each other and build genuine friendships**, rather than being a book club where people come and go. 🫶✨ * And it's not all about the books! En esta nueva propuesta del gato curioso, vamos a ir a un espacio de Barcelona dedicado a volver a ser como niños, libres de problemas y atados a nuestros sentidos. **La experiencia IKONO Barcelona nos adentrará en un espacio en el que cada una de las más de diez salas, permitirá que desconectemos, que nos dejemos llevar por los sentidos , los colores , las formas** . Un museo inmersivo para todo el público en el que habrá salas de toboganes con piscinas de bolas, máquinas arcade, una sala de fiesta de confeti, interactuar con robots mascotas de última generación... y muchas sorpresas más. **La entrada general es de 14 euros. The 11th RPG Event: Into the Glowing Depths (Mutant Crawl Classics)

**THE RPG EVENT** We are pleased to announce the 11th RPG event of the **Barcelona Roleplaying Community**, where we'll have 7 tables with totally different and unique games. Everyone is welcome to join, from experts to first-time players; no experience is needed or knowledge about the system. We will play in **ENGLISH**. The cost of participation is **10 EURO**, which you will pay at the entrance. **THE ADVENTURE**: Into the Glowing Depths **GAME MASTER**: Sergiy **SYSTEM**: Mutant Crawl Classics **DESCRIPTION**: Terra A.D. (After Disaster), there is a threat brewing underneath the irradiated ocean and an unusual intelligence seeks heroes to be able to combat it. These heroes will soon find themselves in the depth of the irradiated ocean in a research facility, a relic of the old world, pushing through a menagerie of mutant genetic experiments. Will our heroes thwart the brewing evil of the deep? Or will their stories end silenced beneath the irradiated waves? This is a level 2 adventure, characters will be provided. If you wish to roll your own in advance you may contact me for details. While level 2 characters are hardier, character death is possible, in such a scenario you'll be able to continue with an extra character sheet. We will be using a standard set of RPG dice, along with weird dice used by the system both of which will be provided. If you want to use your own set, feel free to bring it with you. **PLACE**: We will play at the [ARCHIVO ARCANO](https://www.archivoarcano.com/). Please, wait next to the entrance where you will be welcomed and guided by one of the organizers. **DRINKS & FOOD**: You can purchase drinks at the place, but you are NOT ALLOWED to bring them from outside. You CAN bring your own food. You even should do that ;).
