Attendance is FREE on this occasion. There are 2 classes - attend one or the other or both. The first class begins at 5:30, so suggesting arrival of 5:15. That class ends at 6:15 "Naturist Fitness Boot Camp (body-weight strength training)" then: 6:30-7:30 Naturist Yoga & Meditation - Alyson offers a balanced, accessible yoga practice that begins gently with breath, mobility and stretching, then gradually builds into stronger, more active poses before easing back into relaxation and meditation. Aly has been teaching Yoga and offering various workshops for many years, mainly at Bare Oaks Naturist Park north of Toronto. There will be people attending from our large group outside of Meetup.com. Studio Cozy has been periodically offering nude yoga classes with a variety of experienced teachers for over 10 years. We practice "Naturism", an enlightened belief that the state of nudity is natural and healthy and not to be thoughtlessly associated with sex nor judged for "imperfections". Are you a natural person? Come and join this existing vibrant and spiritually evolved group via this meetup listing! We have many other Naturist events. Some events are outdoors in warm weather.

Digital tablet, dry mediums, watercolour set, really anything that doesn't smell and is non toxic and easy to clean up. Please be considerate and leave the space as clean as it was before. The Wych makes some excellent cocktails, and has many non-alcoholic offerings as well. **Public Transit Directions:** On Subway Line 1: You can get off at Eglington West and take the 63A southwards On Subway Line 2: You can get out at Ossington and take the 63A northwards. The stop should be Davenport/Ossington. If in Liberty village or in in between just take the 63A all the way to Davenport and forget the subway. If you're in the south core, take Line 1 to Dupont or Spadina stations and take the 127 bus west to Davenport/Ossington.
