It will be held at **Tuttle Park (240 W Oakland Ave., Columbus, OH 43201)** on **September 20th @1pm.** Ages 18+. At Darin's workshop, you can expect a casual vibe and **hands-on education** of **efficient** and **effective** concepts and techniques from Do–Jung–Ishu's take on **Jeet Kune Do**, Bruce Lee's legacy. **Sticky Hands** **(Chi Sao)**, a method of controlling your opponent while still maintaining offensive pressure in the clench, is one such concept, and Darin Waugh is one of the best in the world to do it. What you are introduced to in this workshop can be taken with you and grown in future classes with us or wherever you prefer to train. The workshop will last as long as Darin stays to teach, and however long attendees decide to stick around and practice.
