The Completely Series - (P.M.) Ohio State University Field Shoot

Meet at Panera Bread, 300 W. Lane Ave and we will walk over to the campus together to look for some cool shots. These events on the schedule are to serve three purposes: 1. These will serve as field shoots targeted at The Completely Series homework. Generally, each of these shoots will focus on the homework assigned in the two prior weeks. So locations and topics will be picked to match those expectations. 2. Additionally, these events are to serve as placeholders for TIME OF DAY. They are intended to be modified as needed to capture SUNSET and/or EVENING light. They will likely be modified to time out for the IDEAL light on that day, at that location. EXPECT THEM TO BE MODIFIED as the time of year changes and/or schedule conflicts occur. But THERE WILL BE at least one evening shoot per month. 3. The Completely Series - (P.M.) Topiary Park

The Topiary Park is near the downtown Columbus Library and has 54 life-sized topiary figures, boats, and animals that are arranged in a way that invites conversation and photo opportunities. We will be focusing on tactile textures in this shoot. These events on the schedule are to serve three purposes: 1. These will serve as field shoots targeted at The Completely Series homework. Welcome to our Dog Walks Social, a friendly gathering for pet owners who love to walk their dogs and meet new friends. Whether you're a seasoned walker or new to the area, all dogs and their humans are welcome—no breed or age restrictions. Come enjoy a relaxed stroll with your furry companion and connect with fellow dog lovers. We'll start with a short meet-and-greet, then set off on a leisurely walk through a scenic route. Along the way, we'll have light prompts and icebreakers to help you chat with other pet owners, share training tips, and swap stories. There will be plenty of time to let your dog socialize (on leash) and enjoy the outdoors together. - **Cost:** Completely Free! - **Refreshments:** Complimentary snacks and water for both you and your pup will be provided at the start and end of the walk. - **What to bring:** Just your dog on a leash, waste bags, and comfortable walking shoes. Streams and woodlands filled with wildflowers and wildlife provide a majestic backdrop to the beautifully landscaped areas. These events on the schedule are to serve three purposes: 1. We will have our certified mediums available and you can receive 3 10-minute readings for $20. To keep you safe, we will be following all CDC and Health Dept. guidelines at our psychic fair today. COhPy Monthly Meeting

**Improving Office in Franklinton** Physical location: Improving Office 330 Rush Alley Suite #150 Columbus, OH 43215 Schedule: 6:00 p.m.: Socialize, eat, and drink. Improving will be providing pizza and beverages. 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Main meeting and presentation(s). Topic: In this session, we will explore the concept of hyperdimensional computing (HDC), a brain-inspired method of computing. We'll begin by talking about neurons and the brain. Through simple Python examples we’ll dive into HDC and answer: What it is? How does it work? And, how does it learn? We will review how other researchers have applied HDC and demonstrate how it can be used for solving cybersecurity tasks. Where deep learning fails, HDC excels. No supercomputer? No problem. HDC offers interpretability, low energy requirements, robustness to errors, online learning, on-device learning, and more. By pushing the difficult calculations into the embedding process, learning becomes a cinch. By the end of this talk, attendees will have everything they need to teach their own hyperdimensional computing models. We meet on the last Monday of each Month.
