The FIFA World Cup is coming to Toronto, and the city is celebrating in a uniquely Canadian way... with **52 giant beaver sculptures** hidden throughout the downtown core! Join us for **The Great Beaver Quest**, a fun and social walking adventure as we try to find as many of these public art installations as possible. We'll explore parts of downtown Toronto, take photos, compare discoveries, and see how many beavers we can track down together. Whether you're a huge soccer fan, a casual fan, or someone who couldn't tell a corner kick from a corner store, this is a fun way to be part of the World Cup excitement while exploring the city and meeting new people. This is not a race and there are no prizes (other than bragging rights 🦫), but we'll do our best to find as many beavers as possible during our adventure. From winding trails and forested paths to Grenadier Pond, beautiful gardens, historic landmarks, and even a small zoo, High Park offers a little bit of everything. Despite being right in the middle of the city, parts of the park feel surprisingly wild and peaceful. Join us for a relaxed social walk as we explore some of the best parts of High Park together. This is not a historical tour. Nothing extreme, but there are hills and stairs that you will be able to climb and you should be comfortable walking for an extended period. Summer weather can change quickly, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for sun, heat, or light rain. The only reason we would cancel is for severe weather conditions. Crother Woods hike and Evergreen Brickworks visit (Free or Paid event)

This is a great opportunity to enjoy nature, get some exercise, and meet new people in a friendly, welcoming group. We'll hike at a comfortable pace with stops along the way to enjoy the scenery and chat. We will stop at Evergreen Brick Works (for a short break), where you can grab a coffee or snack, explore the market and gardens, or simply relax with the group.
