Alpine lakes, ancient forests and peaks rising to almost 3,000 metres make it a place everyone should visit at least once! 🌲 We will spend a night at the famous Refugi d’Amitges, climb an optional mountain summit and finish the trip with rafting on a wild Pyrenean river. One of our biggest adventures of the summer! ☀️ **🥾 DAY 1 — ESPOT, SANT MAURICI & REFUGI D’AMITGES** We begin in the mountain village of Espot. Our heaviest belongings will be transported by jeep, so we can hike with light backpacks. The trail takes us through an impressive ancient forest before reaching Lake Sant Maurici — one of the most beautiful lakes in the Pyrenees. 🏞️ After a break, we collect our backpacks and continue past another alpine lake towards Refugi d’Amitges. In the evening, we enjoy a hearty mountain dinner and spend the night surrounded by lakes and peaks. **⛰️ DAY 2 — TUC DE RATERA & WATERFALLS** After breakfast, we continue higher into the national park. Those who wish can climb Tuc de Ratera, at 2,861 metres, and enjoy incredible panoramic views over the mountains and lakes. The summit is optional. Anyone who prefers a more relaxed day can skip the climb and simply enjoy the mountain scenery. We then descend along a different trail, passing waterfalls, viewpoints and beautiful mountain lakes. 💧 Later, we return towards Espot and spend the night in a cosy guesthouse. After two days in the mountains, a warm shower and comfortable bed will feel amazing! **🚣 DAY 3 — RAFTING** On the final day, we exchange hiking boots for wetsuits and helmets! Professional instructors will guide us through the river’s rapids and winding sections. We will divide into teams, with options for a more exciting or slightly calmer experience. After rafting, we enjoy a final lunch together, share our favourite moments and begin the journey back to Barcelona. 💎 Vivac Ibón de Marboré, Monte Perdido 3355m y Los Astazus 3071 m (2D/2N)

En septiembre, después de un verano activo, sobresale la alegría de habitar el cuerpo con agilidad, presencia y libertad. Os propongo ir a fliparnos por la zona más espectacular de nuestros Pirineos: Ordesa y Monte Perdido. En búsqueda de cielos limpios y cercanía hacia las estrellas, he llegado a 2612 m de altitud donde el Ibón de Marboré brilla con sus aguas turquesa entre paredes de sedimentos llenos de pliegues, fracturas y fósiles. Ahí pasaremos la noche. **Día 0. Salimos a la tarde de Barcelona** y vamos a un albergue en el valle de Pineta para descansar **Día 2. Cascada del Cinca, Balcón de Pineta e Ibón de Marboré** Empieza la fantasía. Hoy toca el camino estrella, el que nos lleva al ibón de Marboré, bajo el glaciar y las cimas del Perdido, el Cilindro y la Brecha de Tucarroya . Después de superar la prueba del Embudo (tramo vertical de zetas infinitas), llegaremos al balcón de Pineta, el ‘point of no return’. Este mirador es un portal cósmico, una flipante experiencia que te hará sentir pequeño y grande a la vez, cansado y enérgic@ al mismo tiempo. 🏰 Dormiremos vivaqueando o con tienda al lado del lago. Las opciones de ruta de tarde desde el lago son varias: Gran Astazu (3071 m) y Petit Astazu (3015 m) o el Pico de Pineta, a solo 300 m de desnivel subida y bajada de la zona de acampada. **Día 2. Ascension al Monte Perdido (3355 m) por la cara Norte** El macizo calcáreo más grande de Europa, su majestad el Perdido! Gozaremos de formaciones rocosas que desafían el orden, intentando descifrar el laberinto de pliegues y columnas de sedimentos. Tendremos una efímera sensación de volar. Digo efímera porque el contacto con la tierra se notara, y mucho. Una ascensión cómoda dejando las mochilas grandes abajo, al plano de Marboré. Zonas de alta montaña con pasos de trepada. Terreno con pendientes pronunciadas. Beautiful valleys and the mountains, all of this is coming with the pure lakes. 🏕️It is great going there in summer, because Andorra is located on a height up to 2400 meters above the sea level. We will discover untouchable lakes in this beautiful country. After a hike we will visit a tiny village called Incles, this is from where we start our track and finish it. 🏕️**The Incles valley** is probably the prettiest valley in Andorra, still unspoiled by ugly buildings, wide roads and traffic. Walking along this valley in spring is like walking through a **botanical garden.** As the valley is relatively flat, it is an outing for everybody. They pass through beautiful rural landscapes and are perfect for enjoying nature in a relaxed way. Here in **Terres de l’Ebre**, Catalonia, two connected routes run from the mountains of **Terra Alta** down through the Ebro Valley to **Tortosa**, and even further towards the Ebro Delta. You can walk any part of the trail, but cycling is the best way to enjoy more of it in one day. As the routes were originally built for trains, there are no steep climbs, making them ideal for families and casual cyclists. The section from **Horta de Sant Joan to Tortosa** is mostly gently downhill, so you hardly need to pedal — just enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. 📅 **What is the plan?** We start cycling from **Horta de Sant Joan**, with spectacular mountains around us. Along the way, we may see **griffon vultures** and, if we are lucky, even mountain goats. The route is **34 km** and finishes in **Xerta**, where we can relax at a café with a cold drink. We will ride through old tunnels and bridges, some of them dark enough to need headlamps — adding a bit of adventure! Halfway, we stop at **Fontcalda**, a beautiful natural pool surrounded by cliffs, where we can swim, cool down, and have a picnic. 🐟🐚Feria Indianos en Begur, Increíbles Calas y Camino de Ronda 🌝🌊

**❗Para RESERVAR la plaza, por favor🙏, paga el depósito y sigue los pasos en la web.** **[https://mamuthiking.es/#book](https://mamuthiking.es/#book)** 🏞Emprenderemos una caminata magnífica partiendo desde el pueblo de Begur, pasando por el Castillo de Begur (s.XI) , la Riera de Aiguafreda, contemplaremos las Calas de Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Cap Sa Sal,💦 Marina de Ses Negres, Cap des Forn, Punta de la Creu, playa Sa Riera y la playa la Illa Roja y caminaremos hasta alcanzar la Playa del Racó y comienzos de la espectacular Playa de Pals. 🌲Después de terminar el tramo de mar, cerraremos el círculo subiendo el camino hacia la cumbre Els Torradors y desde allí bajaremos por frondosos bosques hasta llegar a nuestro punto de partida. En esta caminata también tendremos la oportunidad de contemplar la ermita de Sant Ramón (s.XVIII), la iglesia de Sant Pere y Santa Reparada (s.XII) y finalmente un par de torres defensivas del siglo XVI. 🏰Por la noche, disfrutaremos de la Fiesta de los Indianos, una vibrante celebración arraigada en los vínculos históricos del pueblo con Cuba. El festival de los "Indianos" de Begur rinde homenaje a los locales del **siglo XIX** que emigraron a las Américas, especialmente a Cuba, y luego regresaron con nuevas riquezas e influencias culturales. El evento transforma a Begur en una escena animada que recuerda su pasado colonial. Los participantes suelen vestirse con trajes y vestidos de lino blanco, y las calles se llenan de música cubana, baile y comida tradicional. Mercados, desfiles y recreaciones históricas enriquecen el festival, ofreciendo a los visitantes una colorida y atractiva visión del patrimonio cultural único de Begur. 🌳¿Cómo será nuestro Día? Com les orenetes, migravesn amb els fred d’hivern i tornaven amb la caloreta de la primavera. El primer día, de camí al vall de Roncal, coneixerem els impressionants Mallos de Riglos, una de les formacions geològiques més espectaculars del Prepirineu aragonès. I al dia següent comença la travessa, ens esperen 3 dies dormint en refugis guardats amb mitja pensió i enllaçant senders de contraband, fagedes de conte, estanys glacials amagats i cims de vistes descomunals.
