Sketch The Interval @ Long Now (Cafe Art Circle)

Cafe sketching at The Interval at the Long Now in the SF Marina. 📍 **3:00pm meet inside.** Look for us with sketchbooks. 🎨 Bring your own art supplies. Roam freely. Sketch what you see. ☕ Pull up a chair anytime to draw with us and talk art. 📓 4:45pm. We wrap things up with a show & tell throw down. **[The Interval at Long Now](https://longnow.org/interval/)**[ ](https://longnow.org/interval/)is a unique cafe and bar tucked inside SF's Fort Mason Center. Part coffeehouse, library, museum, it's home to the Long Now Foundation, an org dedicated to long-term thinking and humanity's future over the next 10,000 years. Their space is filled with books, curious artifacts, intricate machinery, and stunning design details. I've gotten a lot of steampunk intellectual vibes from it. Note: If you're a coffee enthusiast, the **[SF Coffee Festival](https://www.sfcoffeefestival.com/)** is happening right across the way at Fort Mason all of that weekend. I personally am attending the 1:30 session, which is $38 if you buy on their site. Message me if you wish to meet earlier for that. Otherwise we'll see you all at the Interval at 3pm. This is organized by the **[Cafe Art Circle](https://www.zenbay.org/cafe_art_circle)** meetup under SF Sketchers. We explore coffee and tea shops around the Bay Area, using sketching as a way to experience the atmosphere of each place and its neighborhood.
