And now his work is here, at La Pedrera. Kiefer is a philosopher as much as a painter. Myth, science, poetry, and history all become his material. Join us for an opening reception for a new exhibition by Photographer Júlia Rosaura. Enjoy refreshments and meet the artist behind this exciting body of work. Within *Nature as Muse*, Júlia Rosaura turns her attention toward the nature that surrounds us but remains beyond ordinary perception. Working at the intersection of photography, scientific inquiry and experimentation, Rosaura uses the camera not simply to document what can be seen, but as a means of revealing what cannot. Across two distinct bodies of work, *Microbiart* and *Electrohabitat*, she explores the hidden biological and electromagnetic systems that quietly inhabit the spaces of everyday life. In *Microbiart*, bacterial cultures gathered from ordinary urban surfaces are transformed through macro photography into unexpected landscapes of colour, form and organic growth. What begins at the microscopic scale becomes expansive and almost otherworldly, revealing living ecologies that exist alongside us yet ordinarily escape our attention. *Electrohabitat* turns inward, toward the domestic environment. Electromagnetic emissions produced by household technologies are translated into sound and then made visible through their vibrations in water. The resulting images give physical form to an invisible technological ecosystem while opening a wider examination of the home, mechanization and the persistence of domestic labour. Together, the two series move between the biological and the technological, the microscopic and the domestic, the visible and the unseen. *The Unseen Nature* asks us to reconsider the limits of perception—and to recognize that even the most familiar environments contain complex worlds of life, matter and vibration continually unfolding around us.

Avui, us portem una activitat en *«dues dimensions»* **una experiencia nova i original** de gaudir de l’art. **Dos conceptes**, dues direccions en les quals transitarem per conéixer **dos proyectes allunyants, pero a la vegada, molt propers**. **L’art urbà** va néixer als carrers com una expressió **viva, transgressora i efímera**. Avui dia, Barcelona ofereix **dos espais de referència** que dialoguen directament entre ells per mostrar-nos la força d’aquest moviment: el **BAS Museum**, situat al cor del Barri Gòtic, i el **BesArt**, l’ambiciós projecte a l’aire lliure al *Parc Fluvial del Besòs*. En aquesta ocasió, et portem una manera **única i original** per gaudir d’aquest art de carrer i els seus artistes de referencia. Et proposem **una experiència cultural en dues fases per entendre el street art des de la seva conceptualització fins a la seva expressió monumental i lliure a la natura.** **📌 Primera part: Visita Guiada al BAS Museum (Barcelona Art Street Museum)** En aquesta primera trobada ens submergirem **en el primer gran museu de la ciutat dedicat exclusivament a l’art urbà i contemporani**. Es tracta d’un espai únic on la pedra medieval d’un antic palau del Gòtic contrasta harmònicament amb la força explosiva del grafit i el street art internacional. Al llarg del recorregut per les seves sales temàtiques, descobrirem **obres originals d’artistes consagrats i d’avantguarda** mentre analitzem les *tècniques, el discurs polític, la crítica social i el llenguatge visual* que han transformat les parets de tot el món. Una oportunitat perfecta per entendre com l’art urbà entra a la galeria sense perdre la seva essència contestatària. **📌 Segona part: Del Museu a la Natura — Ruta de l’Art Urbà al BesArt (The River Museum)** Com a complement natural a la nostra estada al BAS, **farem una segona visita per conèixer el BesArt**, considerat el museu d’art urbà a l’aire lliure **més gran del món**. Aquest projecte fascinant utilitza els murs del riu Besòs com un llenç gegantí on la creativitat es **fusiona amb la regeneració ambiental i la cohesió comunitària**. **En aquesta segona trobada gaudirem d’una continuïtat directa amb el museu**, ja que contemplarem murals i intervencions de gran format de molts dels mateixos artistes que haurem estudiat a la galeria. AMERICAN IMAGES – Dana Lixenberg This exhibition brings together more than three decades of work by Dutch photographer Dana Lixenberg, offering an intimate and thought-provoking portrait of American society. Through powerful portraits and long-term documentary projects, she explores themes of identity, inequality and resilience, capturing the lives of everyone from well-known cultural figures to vulnerable communities across the United States. A fascinating and deeply human perspective on American life. Afterwards, for those interested, we'll find somewhere nearby to enjoy a coffee, chat and share our thoughts about the exhibition.
