From City Centre Toastmasters.

**Are you a Toastmaster who is interested in taking advantage of Pathways? Feeling overwhelmed?** All Toastmasters are highly encouraged to take advantage of the [Pathways](https://www.toastmasters.org/education/pathways) educational programmes included in their memberships. However, City Centre Toastmasters recognises that finding time to commit to completing Pathways in a quiet environment can be challenging for busy adults. During these structured sessions, you may get assistance in selecting and joining a Toastmasters Pathway, receive **mentorship** in planning and scheduling your required speeches and tasks, **or simply work** on your online learning objectives quietly and independently with a supportive group. The Pathways each member can choose from include: * **Dynamic Leadership**: Focuses on building skills as a strategic leader, managing conflict, and facilitating change. * **Effective Coaching**: Emphasizes interpersonal communication, mentoring others, and reaching set goals. * **Engaging Humor**: Dedicated to incorporating humor into speeches and engaging audiences effectively. * **Motivational Strategies**: Centers on team building, motivating people, and developing strong communication strategies. * **Persuasive Influence**: Helps build skills in strategic leadership, negotiation, and high-level communication. * **Presentation Mastery**: Concentrates on public speaking fundamentals, confidence-building, and delivering impactful messages. You must be an **active member** of **any Toastmasters club** to participate. You must bring your own **laptop or tablet** to access your Pathways account. Headphones or earbuds are encouraged. Wifi is provided at the Multicultural Hub. You are welcome to bring your lunch or afternoon tea. Please arrive promptly as we must admit participants at the door.
