The route is soft and suitable. The walking speed would be slower due to the nature of the event. (Approx. **60-80 % of the route are walkable barefoot**, but entirely up to **how you feel comfortable**) We will take brief breaks for refreshments. Please bring your water, snacks, mosquito repellent, and dress suitably for the day's weather. At the end you could catch the S Bahn at **Friedrichshagen** **or continue with me to one of the Müggelsee beaches.** Please, please, **please try to be on time**. I secured these places well in advance so that you can enjoy this incredible route at the best possible time! **WHAT IS THE PLAN?** * **Day 0 - Meet & Greet:** Relaxed day – we all meet at the hotel in the evening, having late evening dinner, preparing ourselves for next day’s adventures. * **Day 1 (Distance – 20 km)** – Today post breakfast, we would start our journey to hut. The hike itself would go through the Reintal valley. During the hike we would pass the impressive Partnachklamm gorge, the secluded Reintal valley, the Reintalangerhütte and at the evening would approach Knorrhütte. It is possible to have a nice lunch there, at their restaurant, So, you do not need to carry on food with you. During the day we would gain around 1400 meters. * **Day 2 (Hike distance <10 km)** – After the early breakfast at the hut, we would start our hike to summit. Although it is quite short, we would gain another 870 meters to reach the summit at around mid-day. After relaxing at the top and enjoying the pristine beauty of the majestic and mighty mountains, we will use the cable car to go down to the city. # Industry and Waterways of Moabit **Theme:** Cycle Loop + History + Architecture + Beer Garden **Time:** 12:00 **Start:** Deutsches Technikmuseum **Distance:** 30 km **Suggested contribution:** €10 This ride tells the story of the ideas, inventions and elegant architecture that transformed Berlin into one of the world's leading scientific and industrial capitals around 1900. We'll cycle through the districts of Kreuzberg, Tiergarten, Moabit, Charlottenburg and Mitte, discovering power stations, research institutes, engineering landmarks, beautiful public buildings and some of Berlin's finest examples of industrial architecture. We'll finish with a beer together by the water. ## The Tour We will follow, more or less, the **"Innovation und Eleganz"** Industrial Heritage Cycle Route, beginning at the Deutsches Technikmuseum before making our way through some of Berlin's former industrial neighbourhoods. We'll visit the pioneering **Kraftwerk Moabit**, the famous **AEG Turbine Factory** designed by Peter Behrens, admire the elegant buildings of **Charlottenburg**. We'll also pass the famous **KPM Porcelain Manufactory**. We'll finish with a well-earned beer together beside the Spree. I am an accredited tour guide in Berlin, specialising in telling stories about the city's industrial heritage. Fancy a summer hike and good vegan company? Join us for a summer hike along the southern shore of Müggelsee! We’ll follow forest trails along Müggelsee’s southern bank, pausing mid-route for a simple lakeside vegan lunch. Afterward, we’ll continue to the ferry (public transport—covered by the Deutschlandticket/BVG fare) across to Neu-Venedig (New Venice) before heading to Wilhelmshagen to catch the S3 back toward the city. * **Meeting point**: S-Bahn Friedrichshagen (meeting at the platform) * **End point**: S-Bahn Wilhelmshagen * **When**: Saturday 15 August, 11 am (please be on time) * **Route**: about 13 km, with a lunch stop by the lake * **Vegan-only event**: bring your own vegan lunch. The 7 Wonders of Berlin

....... Time for a holiday? Need a retreat? 😤🪷🌺 Come along and join us on a beautiful expedition, we will be passing and exploring the 7 wonders all found in the Grunewald area, including 5 clear blue lakes, a remarkable sanddune and .....The only way you will find out the 7th is if you come along! 😉 The hike is around three hours, not including all the breaks and swims we will be taking. It is possible to shorten the walk, there are S-bahn stations not too far away. Our Walk ends at S-bahnhof Schlachtensee. Whether you've never exercised before or you're looking for a new challenge, this class is designed to help you build strength and confidence at your own pace. Hi, I'm Maroof 👋 I've been practicing calisthenics for over six years and one of the things I love most about it is that it brings people together. Watching people achieve movements they never thought possible, whether it's their first push-up, their first pull-up or their first handstand, is incredibly rewarding. What to expect Each session includes a guided warm-up, beginner-friendly strength exercises using your bodyweight, progressions for pushing, pulling, squatting and core strength, optional introductions to calisthenics skills as you progress and a fun team game at the end (with a small prize for the winners 😁) Every exercise has easier and harder variations so you can work at a level that suits you. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else. Hola! I’m looking for a few people who’d be up for a 2 & 1/2 day bikepacking adventure from Friday (after work) to Sunday. The plan: 🌲 Explore [Lost-in-Brandenburg Loop](https://bikepacking.com/routes/lost-in-brandenburg-loop/) (from Berlin around Brandenburg and back - find the komoot link below) 🚴 Gravel, forests, lakes & quiet roads ⛺ Camp along the way ☕ Take it at a nice pace, enjoy the ride and the company Around 260 km over 3 days, so a bit of a challenge but totally doable with some cycling experience. The route mixes gravel, sandy forest tracks and beautiful Brandenburg landscapes. No racing, no pressure — just people who want to explore, ride and have a good weekend outside Berlin. We can adapt the route together, find nice camping spots, and make it our own :))) Let me know if you’re interested!
