Meet for chat over a drink and snack or dinner. Tonight, we will discuss getting a film look to your street photography images whilst still using a digital camera. If you wish to discuss any aspects of your camera or photography technique, please bring the manual and your camera. Bring your laptop with your editing software installed & I will bring a laptop with Lightroom Classic installed. We can discuss any aspect of editing your images. Most image editors are similar, so even if using a different editor, the techniques are similar, mainly due to the menu system. Feel free to bring image(s) on a usb stick, SD, microSD memory card or an iPhone that supports Airdrop. Using Lightroom we can work on extracting the story of the image. If you want photo critique, pls bring print, or full size images, preferably not resized, on a usb stick, SD, microSD memory card or an iPhone that supports Airdrop. Please do not ask for a critique on images displayed on a mobile phone, too small a display to be critical. It is my one day of the year that I volunteer with the Scouts, and this time they have chosen Saturday rather than Sunday. I’ll be using the micro:bit as part of a Morse code demonstration, so unfortunately I’ll miss catching up with Dave again. I hope he comes along anyway! WOW... https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ is also great for modern songs, it can provide a backing track to practice with, and change key. Have your songs to me EARLY or risk missing out. If we fill the roster before then, it will be closed. I am going to change the format a little. We will spend the first 20 minutes working on some performance songs. There is a lot we can do to entertain our audiences. May even share some video of the recent performance at the Spring Fair to demonstrate. I will limit the number of leader songs to 16 to allow time for the performance part. So 1 or 2 songs only please. If we have time then we can add any you have in reserve.
