Join us for our August gathering of The Pause Collective as we explore what happens when burnout, life's responsibilities, and the changes of perimenopause or menopause leave us feeling disconnected from the things that once brought us joy. For many neurodivergent women, special interests are more than hobbies—they're a source of creativity, comfort, curiosity, and self-expression. Yet during seasons of stress, caregiving, work, or burnout, they can quietly fade into the background. This month, we'll gently explore what has lit us up in the past, what we're curious about now, and how we might reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting patiently for our attention. This will be a relaxed, low-pressure meetup focused on connection and conversation. No need to prepare anything. No pressure to share.
