Quiet meetup for people dealing with anxiety, depression, or burnout.
Bring a book, journal, puzzle, or just yourself.
Talking is optional. If someone wants to share something they’re struggling with, the group can listen and offer perspective — but there’s no pressure to participate.
This is NOT a replacement for therapy or a crisis group, this is supposed to help people enjoy a community setting without the pressure or expectation that might intimidate or discourage people from engaging.
