Mam Tor & the Great Ridge Circular from Hope Valley Station🚶♀️🚶♀️
Hope Railway Station, Station Road S33 6RD, Hope, GBJoin us for a refreshing walk around Mam Tor and the Great Ridge Circular followed by some Drinks. Finish the week with a step count that you can be proud of 👣💪 and get yourself a therapeutic dose of nature 🌞🏞️ with good company and drinks!
Plan for the day:
10:45 - Meet outside Hope Railway Station - Hope Valley S33 6RR
11:00 - Start walk (From the summit of Mam Tor, you'll see sweeping vistas of the Hope
Valley and the Edale Valley, extending to Kinder Scout and the Derwent
Moors)
16:00 - Finish walk and go for tea/coffee/chit-chat in Hope near our starting point (Optional)
16:30 - Start heading backWalk is around 8 miles and should take around 5hrs as we are doing it as a group and depending on our pace. We aim to start the walk at 11:00 promptly so please try to be there on time. If you are running late, join our whatsapp group Hiking Group to see where we are and join us later if you can. Limiting this event to 25 so we can manage the walk, please only get a ticket if you can make it and get your ticket early.
