Yolo County Orchestra (YCO) is dedicated to fostering community, supporting both aspiring and skilled musicians with educational opportunities, and providing the public with quality orchestral experiences.
YCO aims to create an orchestra guided by the following principles:
- welcome musicians of all abilities, without requiring auditions
- practice and perform pieces of varying difficulty
- create opportunities for socialization and learning from others
- build relationships with local businesses and organizations
