Immersive Show and Tell
Barclays Eagle Labs, 1 Preston Road, BN1 4QE, Brighton, GBA participatory event where creators, developers, and curious newcomers come together to explore extended reality (XR) in action.
By blending practical demos with open dialogue, the show and tell fosters both community learning and inspiration, making it a fertile ground for innovation and networking in the XR space.
We'll feature parallel, informal demonstrations where participants share their projects, prototypes, or ideas—whether that’s VR, AR, mixed reality, or related tools and concepts. Attendees get hands-on opportunities to experience these works directly, ask questions, and exchange feedback in an open and collaborative environment.
The format is deliberately low-barrier: you don’t need a polished product to take part, just something interesting to show or a concept you want to test with a live audience.
How to Take Part
If you're interested in showing/telling something, we want to hear from you. It's a great opportunity to give people a look at your current or next project, test out ideas, or just share something you've done.
To grab a slot, please leave a comment on the event page including your:

Why Show and Tell?
This approach works because immersive technologies are best understood when experienced first-hand, rather than described with slides.
A show and tell creates space for discovery, sparking curiosity, and encouraging collaboration by giving people direct access to what others are working on. Lowering the distance between creators and audiences, helps everyone iterate through conversation and shared experience.
