We understand that achieving and maintaining a healthy physique in your 30s - 50s requires a balanced fitness and nutritional approach. Incorporating a group run into your fitness routine can provide momentum for the week, and goal accountability. Every breakthrough starts with a decision to show up; join us on Saturday’s for our weekly group run. We’re all about progress, not perfection, and support you every step of the way.

As a certified digital nutrition & fitness coach, meetup members will receive weekly tips to promote positive body composition as we age and experience peri/menopause.
