Heather Irving is a real estate agent, creative investor, and founder of Shared Abode, a co-living property management company leading the way in shared housing solutions. Since beginning her real estate journey in 2019, Heather has acquired and self-manages six co-living properties that currently house 33 tenants—each property transformed using creative financing and high-yield renovation strategies.
Heather is also a passionate educator and mentor. She hosts monthly meetups to empower new and aspiring investors, sharing real-world insights from her experience in building wealth through co-living and creative real estate deals.
As a mother of two and the wife of a service member, Heather brings heart, hustle, and purpose to every aspect of her work—helping people find housing, build income, and create community.
