About us
Welcome to Weavers of the Web, where we seek to create a space for the Lansing pagan community to learn from and connect with each other. Our aim is to provide the connection and social support that other mainstream faiths get from their churches, so that none need ever be alone.
Our regular event calendar includes discussion/teaching groups, Sabbat rituals, game and craft nights, psychic fairs, festivals and more. All levels and paths are welcome. Some events are donation-based, while others have a nominal fee. All funds go toward our operating expenses and our goal of purchasing property for a permanent Lansing pagan community temple.
During this time of social distancing, we are working on a variety of online options to keep our community connected and cared for. Our Wednesday night discussion groups are on Zoom with livestreaming on YouTube and recordings and handouts available to Patreon subscribers. We have informal social time before and after these events. Regular rituals are available in SecondLife on Sacred Cauldron, home of the Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary where our HPs Solinox Silverstar teaches. You can also join us on our Discord server for general community chat.
We are continually looking to improve our online offerings. If there's something you'd like to see, just let us know.

Weaving the Web: Reverence
Weavers of the Web, ATC, 809 Center St #7A, Lansing, MI 48906, USA, Lansing, MI, USJoin us in-person or online for our weekly Community Night: an open, cross-tradition discussion space where we learn, share, and build community together. We gather every Wednesday evening for discussion, meditation, ritual nights, and more, with time to socialize before and after.
This week: Reverence
What does it mean to hold something sacred? How do we do that when it seems nothing is sacred to those around us? This week we're digging into Reverence, but around here we don't mean keeping your voice down and behaving properly. True Reverence comes in the deep attention and respect we give to things that matter to us, that generate feelings awe and wonder. In the Charge of the Goddess, reverence is paired with mirth intentionally, one balancing the other. And here we sit at the balance between our secular Halloween celebrations and the absolutely reverent Samhain rituals that happen right next door. Let's talk about what reverence looks like in our practice, and also what it isn't (i.e., fear, obedience, "holiness"). This one is for anybody who has felt awe but didn't know what to do with it, anyone who left a tradition that demanded reverence without even earning respect, and anyone who wants a regular practice but doesn't want it to be stiff and unnatural.Format: DISCUSSION. You're welcome to attend no matter your path or level.

Little Ones & Kindred Playgroup
Weavers of the Web, ATC, 809 Center St #7, Lansing, MI, USThis is a standing Tuesday gathering for families in the Weavers community, a low-key, no-agenda space where the kids can play and the grown-ups can play along or actually talk to other adults. Bring your little ones, bring yourself, stay as long as you want.
We have a sensory-friendly room with pillows, open-ended toys, coloring, and craft supplies. We're child-safe and background-checked. When the weather's good, we're a short walk from the river trail playground if people want to wander.
You don't have to be pagan to come. You don't have to be a member. You don't have to do anything except show up and enjoy some time together with your bigger family.
