Eric is a real estate developer and macro-focused investor with more than 20 years of experience across business ownership, development, and financial markets. Rather than looking at investments in isolation, he studies the broader economic environment, including interest rates, inflation, liquidity, and market cycles, to understand how risk and opportunity change over time.
His approach is centered on capital preservation and long-term positioning, particularly during periods of economic uncertainty and market change. Eric believes the strength of an investment depends not only on the asset itself, but also on the environment surrounding it.

Zorya Belanger is the co-founder of WE Invest. A former professional engineer, she transitioned to full-time real estate investing in 2017, focusing on new-build small multifamily projects in Alberta and value-add large multifamily in Texas, with a portfolio nearing $28M in assets under management (AUM). As a mother of two, Zorya is passionate about empowering women to invest in real estate and achieve financial freedom.
Ilona Carletti is the co-founder of WE Invest. After scaling her portfolio using new preconstruction multifamily strategy, Ilona left her 15-year government career and became a full-time licensed real estate agent. A mother of two, Ilona is passionate about helping women achieve financial security through real estate investing.
