Experience traditional kundalini kriyas in a welcoming, accessible format. Options for all abilities will be offered, including mat and chair options as needed. No special clothing needed, just wear whatever is comfortable to move in.

We begin with tuning in and chanting (you can chant along or just listen, no pressure to do anything!), then spend most of the class working through an intentional set of kriya exercises for the cycle or season we find ourselves in. When time allows (some kriya sets are longer than others) we will also enjoy a group meditation.

Incorporating elements of Alignment Yoga into a mindful, breath-paced flow combined with uplifting music, this class will help you find physical and energetic alignment for your body and mind, and leave you grounded but energized to move into your day.
