Yeah yeah ok, so it's party season. Everyone wants to be travelling or maxing out their mince pie allowance. But! ..the National Stadium has been great to us this year, so we're going to be squeezing in one more celebration there.
Join us at 7:30 for a bastardlier-than-usual interval session, followed by breakfast at MyKampung food court in Kallang Wave Mall.
First time running with us? Not to worry. December is just a kilometre marker, not the finish line. Get yourself to National Stadium Gate 6 and we'll look after you. Expect an interval session around 45 minutes with some warming up/cooling down either side. We'll have several adapted versions of the workout so, whatever your pace, you can join in and get a decent sweat on.
