Hi My name is Chris and I am Yoga Alliance Certified instructor having completed my 500 advanced yoga teacher training in addition to a 50 hour Restorative yoga teacher training.
For the summer months I teach nude yoga Sunday morning at 10:30 am at the gay campground Rainbow Ridge. During the winter months, I teach group classes from our home nearby tge Ridge along with private classes. I’ve also had the tremendous pleasure of teaching nude men’s classes internationally. Today they include Egypt, France, India, Mexico, and Spain.
Each summer I offer a five day yoga retreat at The Ridge.
If you are new to yoga this is a great place to start. I believe in teaching the men in the room not a set lesson plan. Join a growing group of yogis who come together every week to practice in a safe communal environment
