Online Event will still happen every 2nd Sunday evening (= every 2nd Monday noon in Macau time).

As living in a fast-paced society, I’ve noticed that many people are stressed out and often lived in an "autopilot-mode".

If you’re feeling this way—or even describe your life as burning out—then this is exactly why I created this group.💖

I am a life coach, and I help everyone (including myself) explore the deeper aspects of our inner world. While we’re constantly caught up in external demands—streaming, reacting, responding to everything life throws at us—we often forget ourselves. And sometimes, being alone with our thoughts can feel scary or confusing. That's why I created this group to gather people, to at least have some time for ourselves: to have a moment to pause, to reconnect, to give understanding. Here, we listen, support, and share ideas about life with one another.🧘

In each group meeting, I’ll offer some thought-provoking questions to help peel back the layers within us—questions like: Where do our thoughts come from? What emotions are we experiencing? What creative ideas can we explore to support ourselves? Through sharing and brainstorming, we help each other to release some baggage on our shoulders.🤝

🕑We meet monthly—same time, same place—with a group of kind-hearted people to explore different themes. During these moments, we offer each other kindness, curiosity, and deep understanding. No one needs to face life’s challenges alone. I truly believe that no matter where we come from, or what language we speak, when we gather with love and openness, we’ve got each other’s backs.
