SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE! Meridian is a community Toastmasters Club and we welcome all new guests. Come by and give us a try.
We run a high-energy, fun and effective self-development program to help members gain confidence in public speaking. Our club is made up of individuals from all walks of life that come together to create a friendly and supportive members’ club.
Our meetings have 3 parts - Prepared Speeches, Impromptu (Table Topics) and Evaluations. Our meeting times and location are as follows:
When: Weekly on Tuesdays except for Holidays
Time: 12:00 pm to 12:55 pm (please arrive by 11:55 am).

Our weekly meeting is a supportive place to practice your public speaking and leadership skills, no matter what level you're at. We also practice taking on meeting roles, club executive roles and dealing with all kinds of challenges. It is both a fun and educational experience!

Although the club is based at SickKids, all are welcome, and our meetings are currently online, via Zoom.
