WE MEET 1ST & 3RD WEDNESDAY AT 4PM!! (However some in person meetups will be on the weekends)

Welcome to Thrive Together Tribe a space for new friendships, connections, and meaningful growth.

Are you looking for real connections, meaningful conversations, and a place where you truly belong? This group is for anyone who is craving genuine friendships.

Here, everyone is welcome — introverts, extroverts, new residents, long-time locals, dreamers, doers, and anyone in between. 💛

We’ll meet online & in person (sparingly) for activities like breathing, journaling, board games, tea chats, goal setting, building self esteem, nature walks, and vision board sessions all design for authentic connections.

Many of us have learned to live in a constant state of alertness, stress, or emotional disconnection, this meetup event offers space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what safety feels like inside. Well let's experience that together so grab your fav tea or coffee and a journal.

    What to expect:
    1.) Introduction to group & grounding (breathing)

    2.) Introduce each other

    3.) Visualization Exercise:
    -Safe place, people, music, memories, smells, & sensation

    4.) Drawing exercise:
    -Draw your safe place

    5.) Write 5 strengths/accomplishments

    6.) Place your worries in container and lock it up

    7.) Somatic exercise to release stress/trauma

    8.) Share
