We focus mainly on short-form (game-based) improvisation—think Whose Line Is It Anyway?, where we create scenes, stories, and imagined worlds through a series of fun, fast-paced mini-games.

🇬🇧 Join us for an open, explorative space where movement becomes a language of connection, trust, and expression. Contact Improvisation (CI) is a dynamic dance form based on shared weight, momentum, and deep listening to yourself and others.

This is jam, which means it's a space to learn and practice the artform.

# 🌬️ Breathwork in Málaga: A Journey of Release, Relaxation & Vitality 🌬️

Welcome! ✨ Join us for a transformative one-hour breathwork session where you'll be gently guided into a profound connection with your body and the present moment.

Through intentional breathing techniques, you’ll embark on a journey to:

💛 Process difficult or stuck emotions
🧘 Unlock deep relaxation & appreciation for life
Many describe the experience as energizing, grounding, or even cathartic—every session is unique to your personal journey.

Theta State
Breathwork can gently guide you into a theta brainwave state — the “twilight zone” between wake and sleep 🌙✨. In this state, the busy mind quiets, and deeper layers of awareness open up.
Why it’s special:
🧠 Deeper access to the subconscious: Thoughts, emotions, and memories usually hidden can surface more easily.
💖 Emotional release & healing: Because the logical mind quiets, suppressed emotions or traumas can emerge and integrate.
🎨 Heightened creativity & intuition: Many people report insights, visions, or creative downloads.
🌊 State of deep relaxation: The body can release tension, and the nervous system shifts toward parasympathetic (rest & digest).
🔑 Reprogramming limiting beliefs: Since theta is the “language” of the subconscious, affirmations, visualization, or intention-setting can be more effective here.

### 🔄 Session Breakdown

🔥 ACTIVATION – We begin with a central breathing exercise (which varies each time). Depending on the session, we may explore:

• Energizing techniques (e.g., hyperventilation-based methods)
• Vagus nerve activation for deep nervous system regulation
• Pelvic floor focused breathing
• Gentle, peaceful breathing for relaxation & clarity
• etc... sessions have a different focus each week

Some experience this phase as psychedelic, others as grounding or cathartic or relaxing. It depends on the participant and on the type of breathwork we practice.

🌿 GROUNDING – After activation, we ease into a gentle meditation drawing from techniques like Yoga Nidra & Vipassana body scans.

💨 RELEASE – The facilitator will guide you through affirmations or a meditation, helping you let go of stress, anxiety, and emotional baggage, leaving you feeling peaceful & restored.

💬 INTEGRATION – We close in a sharing circle, where you can reflect, connect, and integrate your experience with the group.

By the end, you’ll feel a deep sense of vitality & tranquility to carry into your daily life, relationships, and personal growth. 🌟

🔹How will you feel during a session? It's hard to say! While I may be facilitating the session, ultimately YOU are in driver's seat of how the experience feels (depending on your emotional state, predisposition to breathwork, capacity to surrender, physiological state that day, etc)

### 📍 Practical Details

📍 Location – Cozy studio in Málaga Huelin area
🛏️ Comfort – We provide blankets, yoga mats, eye masks & cushions (but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!)
💰 Price – 10€ per session (Cash only!)
🕒 Arrival Time – Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.
✈️ Please set your phone to airplane mode so it doesn't disturb anyone during the session

❌ Have serious cardiovascular, respiratory, or spinal issues 🫁💓
