We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Wholistic Health. Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Please note: There is a Weight Limit of 300lbs to use the hammocksEvent is held in the Forest Room on the Lower Level of the space (stairs only, no elevator).
A light Blanket and eye mask will be provided to each participant, however if you are one to get cold easily, please feel free to bring a blanket in addition to the one we give you to utilize. Some participants can get a little chilled during the event since we try to keep the room at a comfortable temp for all 32 participants, so we would rather the cocooners be prepared than be uncomfortably chilled.

**There will be no late entry and no refunds if you are late.

Healing Yin is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on long holds in specific postures (asanas) with the concentration on your breath. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting your journey, this class is for everyBODY.
During this class the use of props (blocks, bolsters, pillows) is highly encouraged and will be provided, if you have your own feel free to bring them. This unique style of yoga creates balance in the body and brings peacefulness to the mind.Please bring your own mat and your most authentic self to the class :)

Are you looking for guidance? As a clairsentient, Gina connects to your higher self through guided meditation and sound healing, retrieving inspiration, guidance, and confirmations. Gina clearly communicates your own personal message throughout the meditation by raising the vibration of each attendee.
These events are limited to 10 participants each for comfort and enjoyment of laying directly on the sand if desired.
