## How the Circle works
We meet in three ways:
Table for Eight
Small group conversations with a handful of business owners. Share what's working, talk through challenges, and get practical input from others in the same boat.
Startup Huddle
A monthly meetup for people just starting out. A chance to share your experiences, talk through what you're learning, and connect with others at the same stage of the journey.
Business Connect
Larger meetups to expand your network, meet potential collaborators, and build relationships across Auckland's business community.

People currently running a business.
That includes business owners, founders, and self-employed operators with clients, revenue, or a team already in motion.
You don't need to be at the same stage as everyone else. You just need to be actively operating and keen to build real connections with other business owners.
