Hypnosis for Healing Childhood Conditioning (Back by Request)
·OnlineOnlineBack by Popular Demand
We held this workshop on September 19, and it reached capacity. Many participants asked for another opportunity to experience it. Childhood conditioning is clearly a topic that resonates deeply, and I'm glad to offer this workshop again on November 7.Many of our deepest beliefs about ourselves and the world were formed in childhood, long before we had the ability to question them. Over time, those beliefs became subconscious programs that influence our relationships, confidence, emotions, boundaries, and the way we respond to stress.
The good news is that the subconscious can learn new patterns.
In this workshop, you'll discover how childhood experiences shape the beliefs you carry today and why so many emotional reactions feel automatic. Then you'll experience a guided hypnosis session designed to begin updating those old subconscious patterns with greater safety, self-compassion, and choice.Together we'll explore how to:
- Recognize subconscious beliefs formed early in life
- Understand why old emotional patterns continue into adulthood
- Respond to yourself with greater compassion and understanding
- Learn how to build a deeper sense of emotional safety and self-trust.
- Experience a guided hypnosis session designed to begin updating limiting beliefs at the subconscious level
You are not defined by the programming you inherited. Your mind can learn new patterns that better support the life you want to create.
Led by Sara Skye, Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt).🌈 The Wellness Shift is an inclusive space. Everyone is welcome.
Please note: This workshop begins promptly on November 7 at 11:00 AM PT. To protect the guided hypnosis experience and avoid interruptions, entry will close at 11:10 AM, and late arrivals will be unable to join after that time.

Beyond the Tug of War: Hypnosis for Inner Conflict
·OnlineOnlineBeyond the Tug-of-War: Hypnosis for Inner Conflict
Have you ever felt like two parts of you are pulling in opposite directions? One part wants to move forward, while another holds you back. One part knows what you want, while another fills you with doubt, fear, or resistance.
This is inner conflict, and it can be exhausting.
When different parts of us pull in different directions, we can find ourselves caught in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, avoidance, and frustration.
In this workshop, we'll explore why we sometimes experience internal resistance and how to begin developing a more compassionate, cooperative relationship with ourselves.
Then you'll experience a guided hypnosis session where you'll explore an area of your life in which you feel pulled in different directions. Through relaxation and compassionate awareness, you'll have an opportunity to recognize the different parts of yourself involved in that struggle, consider what each is trying to accomplish, and imagine how those parts might begin working together.
Together, we'll explore how to:- Recognize the competing needs and beliefs behind inner conflict
- Understand the protective intentions that may contribute to internal resistance
- Approach different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion
- Explore ways to create greater inner cooperation and understanding
- Practice developing a more supportive relationship with yourself through guided hypnosis
You deserve to feel like you're on your own side.
No previous hypnosis experience is necessary.

Please note: This workshop begins promptly on Saturday, November 21 at 11:00 AM PT on Zoom. To protect the guided hypnosis experience and avoid interruptions, entry will close at 11:10 AM PT. Late arrivals will be unable to join after that time.
