Please remember to keep your RSVPs current as events like these frequently have wait lists. The organizers of this group get it that things come up/plans change just please change your rsvp and if it's last minute then send a courtesy message to the host or put a post up on the event wall explaining why. We will certainly not fault you if you or someone in your household is sick, an urgent issue comes up, etc.

Please update any RSVP changes no later than Friday, 6/5/2026. If you are on the Waitlist, please update your RSVP to “Not Going” as soon possible if your availability changes or you’re unable to be on standby if an attendee drops out by or after 6/5/26. Please contact the Event Organizer with any pertinent updates after the cutoff date. Failure to do so may result in a warning and possible suspension/removal from the group after 3 infractions. Membership will also be evaluated if members consistently RSVP but later cancel (even within the appropriate amount of time).

• Venue Note: A new venue policy has put additional financial burden on the Event Host; failure to update your RVSP within 24 hours of the event could result in an immediate removal from the group if the Event Host is charged full price for your unfulfilled reservation. If this occurs, future events at this venue may need to be prepaid.
• Waitlist Note: Often spots open up for the event the week leading up to the event, so even if an event is full, if you add yourself to the Waitlist, it is highly likely you will have a chance to attend.
