We had so much fun Informal Running in NYC (http://nyc.informalrunning.com/) that we started an upstate spin-off in the Capital Region! The Most Informal Running Club, Ever needs more fun, energetic people to bRUNch (run+brunch), trail blaze, and laugh our way through runs at any pace or distance! No fancy gear, race bibs, or ties required :)

🗺️ Route: About a 3-mile loop AllTrails routeThe trails are mostly singletrack with some ups and downs along the gorge. With the recent rain, expect it to be muddy and a little tricky in spots, so trail shoes are a good idea.
Should be a fun loop with great views and varied terrain. See you there!
