Pranic Healing is a powerful way to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually!
We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing. We then do a relaxing, 20 minute guided meditation, followed by short individual healings. Your healing can focus on whatever condition you wish*, including general wellness & relaxation.

Pranic Healing is medical AND mystical - on Tuesday nights, we explore the mystical side.
We start with some light physical exercises to prepare, then do a 30 minute guided Meditation on Twin Hearts with Chakral Healing. There are several MTH versions, and this one brings Divine energy into each major chakra for deep emotional healing, cleansing and release. It's a profound experience that is unique for each person.
The second half of this event is a Group Healing, during which the Pranic Crystal Healers send healing to the group. This is an energetic experience set to music, as each week we play a different song, hymn, mantra or chant during the Group Healing. The energy of the sound adds to the energy of the healers and .... magic!

Pranic Healing is coming to the NEW Awaken Center at the Plymouth Meeting Mall!!
Join us for this in-person experience of relaxation and healing. We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing. We then do a gentle, 20 minute guided meditation called Meditation on Twin Hearts. Practiced by millions of people around the world, this meditation opens the heart and crown chakras, promoting feelings of connection, compassion and peace.
Following the meditation, short (10 to 15 minute) individual healings are offered by Pranic Healers. Your healer can help you with pain, stress, anxiety or other conditions. Most people find a noticeable improvement after the healing.
