THE KING'S RANCH POSSE

Come and join us for a bible study at Eagle View Elementary School in Elko New Market. We will do a study about Gods strength in our weaknesses ~ 2 Corinthians. This study goes for 8 weeks. You are welcome to buy your own book or just come for the videos and discussion. After the study, we have the option of going out to eat at the Firehouse Grille for those who want to go.

I am new and alittle about me:
I am leading a singles ministry for Southern Metro and Southern Minnesota through Crossroads Church.
I come with a lot of experience in leading singles groups. I have led groups and events in Southern MN as well as in Arizona. I have taught DivorceCare for several years and have helped to coach singles suffering the loss of divorce and helping them to heal and rebuild. I hold five coaching certifications from the Coaching Institute one for one-one coaching and 4 certifications for group coaching. I teach workshops on relationships and has been trained by the Gottman Institute as a Group Leader for the class “The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work” – a class designed to teach relationship skills to help strengthen dating, pre-marital and married couple’s relationships. I am also a Certified Trauma Informed Coach with the Center for Healing. I work with singles who have never been married, widowed or divorced. I have a love for the outdoors, love to plan fun events and to create community and friendships!

This year in 2026, The King's Ranch Posse Summer Music Meet-ups in the north metro will be UNHOSTED. Consider these Meetups as SUMMER MUSIC PARK PICKS to give you a suggestion of our favorites and where many ranchers may be attending.

We will also post the complete list of summer bands, dates and venues on the FB friends page on the FEATURED section. We will also post the King's Ranch favorites from our team each week as an UNHOSTED Meetup, and we will hope to see you all for some great Live Music and Dancing!

MORE ABOUT THIS VENUE:
Free weekly concerts featuring a variety of live music and local food trucks at Big Lake’s beautiful Lakeside Park located off of Highway 10.
There is no specific dance floor at this location...so plan to dance on the grass.

Food Trucks and free parking open at 5pm

**Dogs are not allowed at Lakeside Park, so please leave your furry friends at home.

20+ Fun Games are Set Up at every Picnic (Plus Games make it an Easy Way to Meet and Make New Friends)

The 20+ Picnic Games include: Bean Bag Toss, Ladder Toss, Croquet, Volleyball, Badminton, Bocce Ball, Lawn Darts and more… Table Games include: Bolaball, Jenga, Checkers, Farkle, Cards and more. 18 Hole Mini Golf Course (for non serious golfers), Pickleball (if concrete there) & Fun Team Relay Races (Participate or Cheer)

Picnic Basics: Bobby Rented 4 Picnic Shelters for the 5 Summer Picnics so Rain or Shine the Park Picnic is happening. Running Water Bathrooms at all picnics sites. Free Parking at all sites (arrive early for nearest parking).
Rules of the Game (besides having fun and making new friendships):

• PAY the $12 Picnic FEE / COST when you Arrive and Register to get your Badge.

$12 Fee / Cost includes the Park Shelter Rentals, Burgers, Brats, Hot Dogs, Buns, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, Bottled Water, Name Badges, Plates, Napkins, Silverware, Serving Pieces & Utensils, Event Games, Ice, Charcoal, Decorations, Sanitizers, etc… (Fyi… this is not a profit center for Bobby, generally I lose about $1000 to $1500 a year, if it rains and I rent a Pavilion and only a few people show up I am out the rental money, and have to throw away food like Buns, etc) Donations are Appreciated!

The Potluck Picnics always end up with Fabulous Salads, Entrées, Desserts, Beverages, and much more. You're welcome and encouraged to bring a potluck item if you choose.

• There are Potluck Menu suggestions posted below. Please sign up for a Food or Beverage item when you RSVP or in the “Comments” area for the event. Please let us know what you will be bringing.

• Bring a folding lawn chair or blanket (if you like), sunglasses, cap and your youthful playfulness. Plenty of Picnic Tables.

• Picnic Events will last 4+ hours.

• Picnic Registration & Potluck Food Drop Off begins at 11:00 - 12:00 Noon.

Volunteers are welcome to help set things up or help organize food items as they arrive or Grill.

Please bring pre-packaged Potluck Items, or Store Items as much as possible. I bring extra serving platters & bowls, utensils, sanitation products, and rubber gloves, so nobody needs to touch food when dropping off their potluck item or putting the food item on a tray or in a bowl. Safety, Food Preparation and Serving are my #1 concern for everyone.
