Synchronicities & Synchronicities Salt Cave are beacons for the mass awakening that we find ourselves in. We are a group of highly intuitive energy workers, readers, teachers and individuals who work from one beautiful community space, offering healing and gathering space for the awakening community. All who enter the doors to attend the community events, feel the safety, comfort and loving energy of a heaven on earth. When we join as one in these group gatherings, we shine brighter than the brightest of galaxies.
Synchronicities is an energy center for expansion and growth through community healing events, education and support. Members of Synchronicities will find like-minded community members which all have opportunity to benefit from various group activities such as yoga, group energy work, women wellness practices and education, group meditations, chakra clearing and education, exploration and development of psychic gifts, book clubs, support groups, arts and crafts, jewelry making, dream work, shaman journeys, group readings, sister circles, or even those just needing a quiet space to sit and turn within. Synchronicities in Sandy has you covered as There are no membership requirements. Some events are donation based while others do have a minimal charge for attendance, please refer to each individual event description.
Our salt cave offers group halo therapy for these times of pandemic energies, and all-around respiratory health. These are group gatherings and are not offered on a private basis. Many of these group sessions offer sound healing, power animal journeys and guided meditations. The plethora of additional group gatherings and opportunities offered at the space allow the community members to open their hearts and remembering centers, allowing for each member of the community who joins to ignite and remember the spark of Creator that resides in their very core.
We also offer Education fairs, where we hold 24 classes throughout the day on various topics for a very minimal charge. These fairs allow for all in attendance to learn about several topics regarding their awakening journey. We have had to cease these extremely large group gatherings since the pandemic energies started and we were limited on group size, however, please stay tuned for announcements on those to begin again, hopefully soon.
The brightest of stars aren't brightest because they step in front of another star or outshine the other stars, in truth they aren't single stars at all. The brightest are groups of stars that join together and form galaxies which serve as a guidepost and lighthouse as they shine throughout the multiverses.

Releasing old perceptions allows us to make new choices, empowering us to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Join Patty in the Selenite Cave every Tuesday, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.
During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.

There comes a time on the path when we begin to feel the pulse of our own becoming - the way or spirit stretches toward the light, and then gently folds back inward to rest within the heart.
These two movements - Expansion and Integration - are the sacred rhythms of awakening. To rise, and then to root. To touch the infinite, and then to let the body remember it.
"Grounding & Integration Ceremony"
Wednesdays* Himalayan Salt Cave
A few days after expansion, we enter the soft amber glow of the Himalayan Salt Cave - the womb of the Earth. Here, we return home to the body, to breath, to stillness.
As the salt air soothes and purifies, we allow the nervous system to settle, gently anchoring the frequencies of light received during activation. Through grounding meditation, gentle sound, and deep rest, we invite the energy of heaven to root into matter - so that what was once experienced as vision may now live through you as wisdom.
This is the integration, the sacred descent - where illumination becomes embodiment.

Sundays* Celestial Selenite Room
Inside the luminous white glow of the selenite cave, we enter a temple of higher light. Here, the crystalline current opens pathways to the angelic realms and to the deeper knowing within your own being.
Through guided invocation, breath, and sound, we expand beyond the limits of form - awakening the higher centers of perception and reconnecting with the vast, loving intelligence that lives through us all.
The selenite’s purity reflects the soul's own radiance, clearing and uplifting your energy field until only truth remains - light, love, and presence.
This is the activation; the moment your spirit remembers its infinite nature.
Together They Complete the Cycle
Together, these two ceremonies form a continuous spiral - the Sunday Expansion lifting you into higher consciousness, and the Wednesday Integration returning that light to the body, the heart, and the earth.
Each week becomes a breath of spirit:
an inhale of illumination,
an exhale of embodiment.
Come to rise into your own light. Come to rest within your own truth. Come to remember that both heaven and earth live inside you, allowing us to work with the natural flow of expansion instead welcoming the highs and judging the low "crashes". Recalibrating the nervous system is an essential part to maintaining balance within the body.

Sacred Healing Drum Making Ceremony (Sandy, Utah)

The sacred drum is more than a musical instrument, when woven in sacred ceremony it can be a companion in healing, moving intense emotions and aligning the cells of the physical body and mind.
An invitation for an intimate gathering to experience deep healing with the sacred drum in ceremony, intuitive channeling and weaving of your own sacred healing drum if you desire. During our time together we will experience personalized healing drum ceremony and support in navigating the healing of negative perspectives and distortions as well as deep community connection. Weaving your own sacred drum is the building of a partnership with the animal medicine and creating your own imprint to activate, heal and infuse your essence into a sacred tool that can be called upon any moment to realign vibrational frequencies.
Animal hides are ethically sourced from Montana and Utah with the information of the animal’s life and passing available to maintain high energetically integrity as you partner with the spirit of the animal as well as the drum herself.
*Sacred Healing Drum Ceremony:
By ceremonially preparing with a sound healing, awareness of what is possible and how to work with your sacred drum is provided. Dive into the ancient healing with a sacred ceremony with the frame drum to learn the unification of sound, heal past traumas, distortions and ancestral programs no longer serving. Hollie Hope offers intuitive healing and channeling of negative perspectives to deepen the healing impact and the potential to shed with the sacred drum. The ceremony is designed as a deep healing process utilizing sound, energy healing, intuitive readings to identify negative perspective, unleashing of the bounds and distortions of the activation of the healer within while offering clarity and community support for a complete transformation. Come prepared for deep transformation and connection.
*Sacred Drum Weaving:
To assist in integration of activations, weaving your own sacred healing drum is offered. Weaving in your own potent healing medicine while clear and connected post-drum ceremony allows an instant vibrational shift when your drum is played in the future. Price of the tickets depends on the animal hide and the diameter of the drum. Animal hides are ethically sourced from Utah and Montana from a known source of the animal’s life experience and passing process. Hollie Hope guides through the process of creating your own sacred companion to assist with the longevity of the healing journey. Drumstick is included.
*Once registered, you will be contacted to review rawhide animal choice based on availability in the size you desire. Ethically sourced rawhide can be limited depending on the season.

*You may join for the healing drum ceremony portion in the beginning if you choose and not make a drum for those that feel called.
