Our content rich meetings focus on Real Estate Investing via collaboration with like-minded Real Estate Investors sharing their own experiences. The SWFL REIA is on the cutting edge of data gathering and analysis of the housing market and foreclosures. Our Analysis and Trend reporting has made the SWFL REIA an expert source for the media and set standards by which the housing market is analyzed and trended within the industry. Christian Fautz is a seasoned real estate investor and former attorney licensed in New Jersey
and New York with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Having completed more than
100 fix-and-flip projects, he and his wife have built an extensive portfolio of single-family
homes and mobile home rentals.
In the past 18 months, Christian has strategically transitioned his traditional rental portfolio into
Co-living properties, tripling his rental income by leveraging this strategy using the PadSplit
platform. Alongside his wife, Jamie, he co-founded CoLiv Management Services, a company
dedicated to managing their expanding Co-living portfolio and helping other investors achieve
higher returns through this innovative housing model.
